To every hope there is a beginning, a spark of love, a personal delight, the possibility of magic. The Primula, of the Primrose family, is known as the First Rose....It is a memory flower that promises to hold on to that high enthusiasm and inspiration of "firsts," from first loves, first discoveries and first realizations for us so that even if the petals of the moment give in to the pull of time they will live in the cycle of return in their newer, stronger phases with all of their lessons well filed to make room for emerging ones. With the wisdom that recognizes our vulnerability it is also the symbol of care during those moments ,the assurance of safety in our travels as we seek our fairies, which, by the way, it promises we will receive that glimpse of......and the symbol of protection so that our spirits are encouraged to remain seekers even into our oldest years.
